	Report it is an independent, third party anonymous hotline service adopted by your organization to assist you in
	communicating concerns of unethical or illegal activities to your organization's management or board of directors
	while maintaining your anonymity and confidentiality.

	Report it and its clients (subscribing organizations) regard the information processed through the Report it system
	as truthful. Do not intentionally include false or misleading information in your report. Intentional false reporting
	or misleading information can result in civil or criminal liability.
	If you are aware of illegal, or unethical activity Report it!

	Do not report an immediate threat or danger. Report it is not an emergency 911 service. If you require emergency assistance, please contact your local authorities.

	When Submitting a Report:
	When composing your report, be clear and include as much detail as possible to assist your company in investigating your concern. Do not include any information that can personally identify you, unless you wish to waive your right to anonymity.


	1) Enter your organization username and password. 2) Review the violation types and descriptions that best describes your concern. 3) Select your violation type and compose your report. 4) Before submitting your report, create a password if you wish to follow-up on your report.
